In planning out your life, you need to work out the objectives or the time frame needed in order for you to accomplish your goals. These objectives need to be realistic and attainable. Earning a degree would take some time as well as other personal development courses for you to strengthen your weaknesses. Planning out the length of time it would take to achieve your objectives is critical, as you would encounter obstacles and detours on your journey to success.
Next comes your mission. After your self assessment let’s say the service industry you have decided to choose, deals with children. You might want to be a kindergarten teacher or social worker specializing in children’s cases. You would now have to assess what your current knowledge, skills and attitudes are and what you may need to develop along the way in order for you to fulfil your mission. You would probably need to earn a degree in child psychology and to work on your impatient attitude since dealing with children needs a lot of patience.
